March 2020 Update

Greetings from the Restoration Scriptures Foundation!

We have an update to keep everyone informed about the progress of the leather-bound edition of the Restoration Edition Scriptures.  Scriptures have been printed, stitched, nipped, trimmed, and are in the sanding/gilding process now. Once that’s complete, the covers will go on and they will be completed.

The best estimate for delivery of our order is the end of April for completion, and allow 60 days for shipping from the bookbinder to the USA, and from there to the customer.

COVID-19 has impacted supply chains worldwide, causing major delays and service outages. We have been fortunate that our bookbinder in India has been able to work through these issues in a professional and effective manner. However, we do anticipate that there could still be delays related to shipping and delivery, given the current backup of products that are in line ahead of us, and other variables that we won’t know until we get there.

Nonetheless, we continue to work closely with everyone involved, and we will keep everyone apprised of our progress as we work together to complete the scriptures and get them into our hands.

As more definitive dates become available we’ll send out another update. In the meantime you can get Print on Demand Restoration Edition scriptures in various sizes and bindings through www.scriptures.shop as well as online for free at www.scriptures.info.
