PLEASE NOTE: We have a lot to cover in this update—

1. CovenantChat.com ("CCC") has been set up as a worldwide community gathering place for covenant holders, together with those who are seeking truth, to interact and discuss various matters. Please take a moment to go register, and then regularly monitor the posts and conversations there. No pseudonyms or fake names are allowed in CCC - it is a place for real discussion, by real people, about important things.

2. Process for Bringing Business Before the Body for Ratification. Moving forward, the covenant body needs to adopt a process for proposing, ratifying, and adding new content to the RE Scriptures. On CovenantChat.com, you will find a detailed proposal called "Obtaining the Voice of the People," outlining a process for bringing business before the covenant body for a vote. This proposal has already been sponsored by more than 25 people, across multiple fellowships and geographies, and is a main topic of discussion on CCC. If approved, The Restoration Scriptures Foundation intends to follow that proposed process, but if something else is introduced and adopted, we will follow what the covenant body adopts.

3. News area. Scriptures.shop has added a "News" area, where announcements and other information about the publication of the RE Scriptures will be posted. Please check it out!

4. Work Flow for Preparing Future Editions of the RE Scriptures. The First Edition of the RE Scriptures was published to the world on July 18, 2019. Because this is an "open" canon, we anticipate proposals for additions to the T&C and/or perhaps entire new volumes, books, etc. will come forward through the process mentioned above. This is a good thing! But, there is an immense amount of work, done by volunteers, that goes into the preparation of any new or subsequent editions. We have outlined that work flow in the News area, and we request that everyone please bear this in mind when making proposals for adding to the RE Scriptures in the future.
